The Boot house provides the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful and spectacular Ring of Beara. The beach house combines the “Ring of Beara” with a beach property; it is not the house but the location what makes it special. The accommodation is basic & low tech. In addition, the terrain not suited for people with handicaps or with physical limitations and small children. To fully enjoy what is on offer you have to be a little different from the standard or usual tourist. Because it is well sheltered the temperature is above average, has it own micro climate, providing for a wonderful, relaxing break. The area offering breathtaking scenery, cozy pubs, water sports, fishing, ferry to Bere Island, Cable car at Dursey Island, gardens  including Derreen and Garnish Island, the National park between Kenmare and Killarney  and not last, world renowned walks with magnificent scenery, the combination of the rugged beauty of the mountains and vast space of the Atlantic Ocean is staggering.

Three bedrooms, 1 Master, double room, 1 Double room (bunk bed) and 1 Twin room.

The Beach house is approximately 4 km of the color-glad Eyeries.

Eyery has several small shops, a supermarket, and a post office with shop. In addition 2 pubs, traditionally there is Irish music in one pub at the weekend.

Route, main road which runs from Castletownbere to Kenmare.

Boot house, located close to the coast road which runs from Eyeries to Ardgroom, you will pass The Ogham stone and Ballycrovane habor, but before you reach the Hag and Kilcatherine Church (Ruin). You cannot see the house from the coast road
