Location: Beara peninsula S.W. Ireland and part of the wild Atlantic way.
This little hideaway is a stunning seaside location, you will find a mix of quietness and natural beauty! plenty of room to leave your boat next too or in front of the house. I’s amazing, fabulous views. Great area. So much to see and do, or to start some recreational business or water water related activities.
It is not the house but a superb location I am talking about. A location you will find on offer just ones or twice in a lifetime.
Seals basking on the rocks, boats sailing by, and direct access to the sea from the strand at a very sheltered inlet. Part of the Coulagh bay, Beara peninsula.
There is access to the private courtyard (approx 680m² or 27 perch)by two stairway’s.
Car can be parked at a private parking place next to the stairs.
The Yard about 600 m² with tropical and subtropical trees, all kinds of flowering plants, varns and the more. Birds of all kind in very close proximity.
The property itself is Part of a cliff and the house located at the water edge.
Close to the house an old public pier still in use by some local fisherman, and for recreation.
We did use the strand at the front side of the house and stored our kayaks at the back.
The living area has patio doors to the terrace. The terrace gives direct access to the sea. It is a small house, approximately 40 sqm for the living and dining area together. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One with a double bed, the other room with a futon bed. On the first floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds.
